After Hours
After Hours Basketball Runs is an 8‑week evening program designed for youth in Don Valley East to provide safe, structured activities that reduce crime risk and promote personal development. The program addresses rising youth crime, limited recreational access, low academic engagement, and mental health challenges. The After Hours program promotes team building, conflict resolution, wellness, leadership, academics, careers, reflection, and offers a final tournament/celebration.
Shoot Your Shot III
The wait is finally over as the NoFlukes Foundation gears up to bring "Shoot Your Shot 3" to the city on February 24th. This isn’t just another basketball event; it is a celebration of grit, talent, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that defines our community. We are calling on all aspiring athletes and supporters to come out and witness the next generation of stars leave it all on the court. The energy in the building is going to be unmatched, with elite competition and a showcase of raw skill that you won't want to miss.
Court Restoration
The program aims to revitalize basketball courts in underserved Toronto communities, providing youth with safe, accessible spaces that promote physical activity, teamwork, and belonging. By engaging youth in sports, the initiative seeks to reduce gun violence and crime. Many Toronto communities lack safe recreational spaces, and deteriorating basketball courts discourage youth participation. This contributes to higher youth involvement in crime and limits healthy social and physical outlets. Restoring courts can create vibrant community hubs that support youth development and safety.
