About No Flukes

The No Flukes Foundation exists to change the trajectory of young lives.

Founded by Vaughan Alexander — father of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and uncle of Nickeil Alexander-Walker — it’s built on one truth: talent is everywhere, opportunity is not.

For too many kids, their environment sets the ceiling before they even start.

Vaughan lived it. Sports gave him a way out.

Now we pass it on: structure, mentorship, and a real shot at a different path.

Process

theory of change

We don’t sell hoop dreams — we build winners.

Basketball brings them in, but mindset, discipline, and unified knowledge set them up to succeed anywhere.

01

STRUCTURE BUILDS DISCIPLINE

We don’t rely on motivation — we build systems. Show up every week, meet the standard, and discipline follows.

02

MENTORSHIP SHAPES MINDSET

MENTORSHIP SHAPES MINDSET

Proximity changes thinking. The right mentors don’t just guide — they reset what youth believe is possible.

03

CONSISTENCY DRIVES CHANGE

CONSISTENCY DRIVES CHANGE

One night doesn’t change a life — repetition does. We show up every week until trust turns into transformation.
